DELIVERY POLICY

At the moment we only deliver in the UK.

All orders received before 5pm on any working day will be shipped the following working day.  All deliveries are made by third party courier companies; when stock is available it will be sent on a 48 hour courier service but there is no guarantee the courier will always achieve this.

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail to the address you give us. Please ensure that all these details are correct including business names, flat numbers, building names and postcode otherwise our courier may not be able to complete the delivery and you will incur a postage charge for re-delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by poor address details, difficult access or no one being available at the delivery address to receive the goods. Postponement of delivery at the buyer’s request or the failure on the buyer’s part to accept delivery then the buyer shall be liable to pay the seller all extra expenses.

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you began using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods from us to you was formed.

RETURNS POLICY

If the quality is not as described on our website, please contact us to let us know and we can discuss how to resolve your issue.

Our courier Royal Mail will try to deliver your item(s) to you as quickly as they can however, if your items are returned to us for one of the following reasons: failure to collect from depot, address incomplete or any other reason stated in our delivery terms and conditions, there is a charge of £3.95 postage to have your items re-sent.
